That's What I Said

"I'm such a cliché."

Said by me, to no one in particular, as I stood in my pajamas in the ice cream aisle of the grocery store, rubbing my belly and contemplating which flavor(s) needed me.

You are a fabulous and brilliant woman!!! And the favorite flavor is? I've been all about my pumpkini ice cream this week :)

Have you ever tried Peppermint ice cream? It's a holiday flavor here & only comes out for a few months. I just bought one for me & one for my Grandma, she LOVES it and now has me hooked :)

PS - Thanks for the kind words you left on my Cotton Cupcake blog! You are so sweet!!

You're too cute. I was wondering w/ all of your fashionable outfits if you ever go anywhere in your jammies like the rest of us. ;)
I just had some Edy's Caramel Delight last night, and BOY was it good!

Mmm, ice-cream! I could use some right about now to help cure my hacking, post nasal drip, wheezing, no voice, heavy chest, clamy feeling, whatever I have illness.

Now I'm craving a Blizzard!!! Double stuff cheesecake and brownie pieces Blizzard to be exact! YUM!

Too funny! I don't have much of an appetite yet but I'm sure it will kick in soon.

Cliche or not... ice cream is MUY IMPORTANTE!!

Sara November 11, 2009 11:41 AM

Hahaha..It isn't your fault! You can't help that the baby is taking over your every thought!

I did this to my husband, when I asked him to bring me home some choc. chip cookies to bake. We were going to a friends house for dinner. He thought I was baking for them...until I sat down with my fresh baked cookies and a big glass of milk!

We are simply giving in to our unborn babies every desire! So, not cliche...just a great mom!

Oh please post that as a FOTD, it would make a great future memory -Dusty on her porch in her pajama pants and aviators looking chic with an ice cream cone.

Thanks everyone! I ended up coming home with chocolate chip cookie dough, and it definitely hit the spot!

@blondie--You like the pumpkin ice cream? I've seen it, but have been too nervous to try it. I fear it will be the one pumpkin-flavored thing that I won't like.

@Amber--Oh yes, I've had the peppermint ice cream before and I love it! I'll be picking some of that up again soon!

@Lisa R.--LOVE the caramel delight ice cream! I like to put crunched up pretzels on top of it and then it tastes like a Take 5 blizzard. OMG, it's sooo good!!

@K*OS--Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. :( I think ice cream might be just the thing you need! That blizzard flavor sounds amazing, yum. Hope you feel better soon!

@Sara--LOL, that's hilarious!

@CarolinaBelle--You are too funny! And I'm guessing "FOTD" means "photo of the day"--is that right?
